You already know something needs to change. Let’s figure out what — and start moving.
You used to know exactly where you were headed. Now you’re not sure. Maybe the career that used to excite you doesn’t fit anymore. Maybe a life transition has left you wondering who you are without the role you played for the last twenty years. Maybe you just have this quiet, persistent feeling that you're capable of more but you can’t name what “more” looks like.
You’ve tried thinking your way out of it. You’ve talked to friends who say encouraging things that don't actually help. You’ve read the books. And you’re still stuck.
I’ve been at that crossroads. And I’ve walked many people through it.
Here's what I know: the clarity you’re looking for is already in you. It’s buried under old stories you keep telling yourself, under habits that made sense once but don't anymore, and under a voice in your head that’s very good at keeping you where you are.
My job is to partner with you to bring it to the surface. We start with where you are right now — not where you think you should be. We identify your values so you can make decisions based on what actually matters to you in this moment, in this phase of life — not what mattered ten years ago. We get honest about your strengths and the power you already have. We quiet the inner critic and learn to trust the leader within.
And then we move. Coaching isn’t just about insight — it’s about action. I hold you accountable. I challenge the old stories. I help you see yourself from a new angle so you stop spinning in the same loop. And step by step, you start building something that feels like yours.
Here’s how we work together.
1. Book a discovery call. Tell me what’s going on — what you’re feeling, where you are in your life right now. I’ll listen, and we’ll figure out together if this is the right fit.
2. We start where you are. Through one-on-one coaching, we uncover your values, challenge the stories that are keeping you stuck, and build a plan rooted in what actually matters to you. I ask the hard questions. I hold you accountable. And I stay with you as things start to shift.
3. You start moving. You have a direction. You have a plan you believe in. And for the first time in a long time, things feel clear.
When you do this work:
You stop saying “I should probably figure out what I want” and start saying “I’m working on it and here’s what I’m learning.” The indecision lifts. The Sunday dread fades. You remember what it felt like to be excited about Monday.
If you don’t:
Nothing changes. Another year. The same conversation. The same feeling that you’re built for something bigger, trapped under the weight of not knowing what it is.
