Executive Coaching
When your best leaders hit a wall,
I help them find the way through.
A leader on your team is struggling. Maybe they’re brilliant technically but can’t get people aligned. Maybe they stepped into a bigger role and the transition isn’t going smoothly. Maybe the reorganization shook their confidence and they’re second-guessing every decision.
You know they have potential. You’re not ready to give up on them. You just need someone who can help.
I've coached leaders through exactly these moments. Not as someone with a textbook answer, but as someone who listens carefully, asks the questions no one else is asking, and helps them find what's been buried under the pressure and the noise.
Before becoming a coach, I led creative teams through high-stakes transitions at Walmart, the Discovery Channel, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I know what it feels like to be the person in the room who's supposed to have the answers and doesn't yet. I bring that empathy — and a creative, design-thinking approach — to every coaching engagement.
I'm certified by the International Coaching Federation (ACC) and the Co-Active Institute (CPCC) with nearly 500 hours of coaching. But what my clients say matters most to them isn't the credential — it's that I listen without bias, I'm direct, and I help them see what they can't see on their own.
Here’s how we work together
1. Discovery. We start with a conversation — you, me, and ideally the leader. We get clear on what's happening, what success looks like, and whether I'm the right fit.
2. Structured coaching engagement. Typically bi-weekly sessions over 3–6 months. Through deep listening and powerful questions, we uncover what's driving their decisions, what’s holding them back, and what they already know but haven't been able to act on. Together we build a plan they believe in — and we test it in real time.
3. Visible results. The leader who was second-guessing starts trusting their own judgment. The conversations they were avoiding start happening. Their team stops walking on eggshells. You see the change — and so does everyone around them.
— When you invest —
Your leader stops carrying the weight alone. They walk into difficult conversations instead of around them. They make a decision and their team knows why. The person you believed in starts leading like the person you hired. You feel confident about the investment you made.
— When you don’t —
The leader keeps struggling in isolation. The team picks up on the uncertainty. Trust erodes. Good people start looking elsewhere. Six months from now, you're having the same conversation about the same problem — except now it's more expensive to fix.
If you have a leader who could use this kind of partnership, let's talk.
