If you’re here, you’re probably trying to solve something — a leader who needs support, a team that’s stuck, an organization going through more change than anyone signed up for. You want to know if I'm the right person to help.
Here’s my story. Before I was a coach, I was the person in the room trying to get 19 departments to agree on a vision — with a deadline, a demanding executive, and no roadmap.
At Walmart, I established the company’s first trend function, changing how an entire organization planned its assortments. I led a team of 20+ across New York and Bentonville and learned what it feels like to drive large-scale change from the inside — the resistance, the breakthroughs, and everything in between.
At the Discovery Channel, I rebuilt an unusable website into an award-winning digital experience, earning Gold at the Omni Intermedia Awards, a Creative Excellence Award, and a Milia d’Or.
At the Metropolitan Museum of Art, I served as Creative Director for the museum’s website, working directly with Director Philippe de Montebello and across 19 curatorial departments — translating one of the world’s great institutions into something entirely new while honoring what mattered most.
And then I moved to Costa Rica, where, for three years I produced a Moth-style storytelling event series, coaching people to find, craft, and deliver their stories on stage. I saw what happens when someone tells a true story with courage: the audience leans in, and the storyteller learns something about themselves they didn’t know before. I’ve since brought that method into retreats, workshops, and a Stanford reunion event.
That discovery led me to coaching. I trained at the Co-Active Institute and earned my CPCC and ICF ACC credentials, completing nearly 500 hours of coaching and facilitation. I built Path to Purpose, an 8-week group program based on Stanford’s Design Your Life methodology. And I realized that the thread running through everything I’ve done is the same: helping people find what’s already in them and partnering with them as they act on it.
