Retreats & Offsites

Some breakthroughs don’t happen in a conference room.

You’re planning a retreat or offsite and you want it to matter. Not just a nice few days away — something that sends your people back ready to act.

But designing that kind of experience is its own challenge. The agenda is the easy part. The hard part is creating the conditions where people actually open up, see what needs to change, and leave with the clarity and conviction to do something about it.

When people step away from their routines, their demands, and the roles they perform every day, something shifts. They relax. They open up. They start telling the truth about what they’re experiencing. Thats where real trust gets built — not from an exercise, but from people actually seeing each other.

I’ve designed and facilitated retreats in Virginia, Costa Rica, and California. My retreats combine coaching, storytelling, breathwork, creative workshops, and practices that surface insights in ways conversation alone cannot. What I use depends entirely on what your team needs.

I handle everything: curriculum design, facilitation, one-on-one coaching during the retreat, and follow-up accountability. You tell me what your team is facing. I design and deliver the experience.

Heres how we work together.

1. Tell me about your team and your goals.
Whats the occasion? What needs to shift? What would make this retreat worth every dollar?

2. I design a custom retreat.
You’ll see a detailed proposal — objectives, agenda, experiential elements, and logistics. Nothing is off the shelf.

3. Your people come back ready to move.
Theyve seen what needs to change, theyve said it out loud, and they leave with a plan and the conviction to follow through.

When you Invest

Your team has language for things they couldn’t say before. The leader who was guarded shared a story and now people trust them. The group that was going through the motions is actually talking about what matters. People go back to work with a plan, a commitment to each other, and the momentum to follow through.

When you Don’t

Another strategy session with outcomes that fade by Tuesday. The same team dynamics, the same unspoken tensions, the same people working next to each other without ever actually working together.
